.75 ounce amaro
Sparkling mineral water
Orange twist, for garnish
Add bourbon and amaro to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Give a quick stir and garnish with an orange twist.
Optional: For a bourbon amaro spritz, add diced strawberries and top with half sparkling water and half sparkling wine. This can also be served as a punch.

.5 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce lemonade
Sprigs of mint
Sparkling mineral water
Lemon wheel, for garnish
