6 oz. Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
12 mint sprigs, 8 torn (4 saved for garnish)
6 Tbsp frozen lime juice concentrate
Chilled sparkling mineral water
Lime wedges and mint sprigs, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add whiskey, torn mint, and lime juice concentrate; shake until blended. Strain over fresh ice into highball glasses. Top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish each drink with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
