Cocktail #1 – Old Rebel
Our kicked-up version of a classic Old Pal lets the flavors in Rebel 100 Straight Rye Whiskey shine. You can think of this cocktail as a (seriously) rebellious Negroni that swaps out the gin for rye and sweet vermouth for dry.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Rebel 100 Straight Rye Whiskey
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass and add ice. Run the lemon twist peel-side-down along the rim of the glass, then express it over top of the beverage by quickly squeezing out the citrus oils. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Rebel 100 Straight Rye Whiskey
- 1 ounce Averna Amaro
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
Fill a martini glass with ice and water and set it aside to chill. As your glass chills, add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Dump the ice water from the glass, then strain the cocktail into the chilled glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
Bold Rye Buck

- 1.5 ounces Rebel 100 Straight Rye Whiskey

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir together and garnish with a lime wedge.
