Shoot the Root: Make Rebel Root Beer Part of Your Summer Lineup

Your favorite root beer memories are soaked in nostalgia.

Fresh from a swim, sun dried skin. One hand grasping a sweating can of ice-cold root beer, the other rummaging a bag of potato chips.

Reclaim those endless waterside summers with Rebel Root Beer, an unconventional twist on our time-honored wheated recipe, infused with the bold and creamy flavor of root beer.

Bourbon newbies come for the classic sassafras and vanilla notes, and bourbon lovers stay for the classic kick of Rebel 100.

Root Beer Done Differently

Rebel Root Beer is no soda. And it’s nothing like mixing Rebel 100 with a can of root beer you bought at the grocery store. It’s flavored whiskey, infused with a root beer profile.

Think summer nostalgia brewed and bottled for adults. Rebel Root Beer Whiskey stays true to Rebel’s wheated, defiantly smooth roots, while embracing the live-against-the-grain ethos that craves unexpected flavor combos for your next night in—or out.

Rebel Root Beer Summer

If Rebel 100 is your house bourbon, Rebel Root Beer is that extra something. A refreshing flavor profile that goes down easy at your most relaxed summer hangs. From waves to rays, summer is full of unconventional adventures. Here’s how to add a little Rebel Root Beer flavor to each one.

Shoot the Root: A shared ritual, a chilled shot, a fun toast, a party pregame, a last-call celebration. One of the easiest and best ways to enjoy Rebel Root Beer is to Shoot the Root. It starts out strong and goes down flavorful.

Ready to Shoot the Root?

Real Rebels know there’s a time for a slow porch pour and a time to Shoot the Root. And Rebel Root Beer is the fun, flavor-forward bottle that rises to every occasion. It’s got real whiskey cred. It’s fun to share with friends. And that buddy who swears he’s not a “bourbon guy?” He’ll be the first to ask for an encore pour.

Because there’s just something about those long summer sunsets. Camp chairs circled in the backyard. Grill smoke teasing the air. Fireflies starting to flicker.

Summer nostalgia doesn’t have to stay in the past. It’s so close you can taste it.

Next time someone raises a bottle of Rebel Root Beer and asks if you want to “Shoot the Root,” be sure to raise your hand. Or better yet, bring your own bottle and pass it around.
