Who said bourbon and tequila don‘t get along? We didn‘t.Yields:
1Ingredients:
.75 ounce Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon.75 ounce Exotico Reposado Tequila
.5 ounce dry curacao
1 ounce grapefruit juice
.5 ounce pineapple coconut syrup
Fresh pineapple wedge and leaf, for garnish
Directions:
To make the pineapple coconut syrup, use equal parts pineapple coconut juice and sugar. Bring them to a slight boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool.Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks or Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf.
