Subtitle:

A rebellious riff on a French 75 with a bolder spirit.

Yields:

Ingredients:

3 ounces Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon honey
6 ounces sparkling wine
2 lemon twists, cut before juicing the lemon

Directions:

Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into champagne flutes or coupes. Top with sparkling wine and garnish each drink with a lemon twist.
